This house is situated in a quiet and rural area, only five kilometres from the sea, with wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views. The house is situated a few kilometres north-east of Almuñécar.
Right next to the house is the terrace (270 m²) with the swimming pool of eight by four metres. The entire property has a surface of approximately 2000 m² and is flat. The property even has a mini golf course (10m²) and parking for up to ten vehicles. There are four sun loungers, two parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue by the pool. Tables and seating under the covered area of the pool terrace invite you to relax.
The cosy house, partly in rustic Andalusian style, offers enough space for up to six people on 130m². It is distributed over one floor and has three bedrooms, one with two single beds (105cm and 90cm wide) and the other two with double beds (135cm wide). The bedrooms have a surface area of 13m² each. The house also offers two bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms is en suite with the double bedroom. The heart of the house is the shared living and dining room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo, dining table and chairs. The spacious kitchen offers basic equipment including induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and microwave.

A cot and high chair are available. From the main road, the house is reached via a 2.6 km path, the last kilometre of which is a little winding but very easy to walk.
