The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. View of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: safe, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Single-family house "Cosy Home D&D", 3 storeys, renovated in 2025. 1.5 km from the centre of Brod Moravice, in a sunny, elevated position, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 with lawn and trees. Hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, infrared sauna, relaxation room, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 26 km, restaurant 20 km, bus stop 3 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 40 km, Zeleni vir 16 km, Kamačnik 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. It is necessary to announce the heating of the hot tub in advance.

There is a lake/open water less than 70 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Cosy Home D&D in Moravička Sela you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
