The villa is spacious and elegantly decorated with stone masonry and wooden beams, and the entire interior is air-conditioned. The villa is divided into two separate apartments. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and is not connected internally. The apartment on the right consists of a separate living room with a kitchenette, a dining room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely shared living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a fireplace. The apartment on the left side of the villa has two double bedrooms and one bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
