The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a hot tub, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

This 1930s Art Deco holiday home wears its history proudly, with period charm woven through every room and rural views stretching out beyond the historic market town of Bolsover. It's a spot built for slowing down.

Period furnishings run throughout, many lovingly restored, from antique beds to a timeless roll-top bath. Two separate living rooms, each with its own open fire, give the house a genuinely cozy feel after a day exploring the countryside. The well-appointed kitchen holds a Neff oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer and coffee-making facilities for relaxed self-catering. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a single sleep up to five, while the main bathroom pairs underfloor heating with the roll-top bath and a shower attachment. A separate downstairs shower room adds extra convenience.

Meals can move outside to the private, dog-friendly courtyard garden, furnished for al fresco dining and bordered by an adjoining four-acre field, ideal for wildlife spotting or countryside views. Off-street parking for three cars sits right at the property.

Bolsover Castle is just minutes away, with Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall all within easy driving distance for a day of stately homes and gardens. Sherwood Forest, steeped in the legend of Robin Hood, lies half an hour away for woodland walks beneath ancient oaks, while the wider Peak District brings dramatic landscapes within reach. Back in Bolsover, a weekly market, local shops and welcoming pubs round things out nicely.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
