General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a washbasin and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Some houses simply have more to say than others. This one, Grade II listed and steeped in original character, sits just off Whitby's iconic Skinner Street, close enough to feel part of the town, quiet enough to properly unwind.

At its heart, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is built for gathering, anchored by a central island in granite and a kitchen equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a fridge-freezer. The main living area brings a plush sofa, elegant armchairs and a flatscreen TV together for quieter evenings, while two further lounges, both light-filled, give the house room to breathe when everyone wants their own corner. Five king-size bedrooms spread across three floors each come with a sleek ensuite shower room, and a separate family bathroom, complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower and basin, sits on a mezzanine level between the ground and first floors. Free Wi-Fi and central heating run throughout.

Outside, an enclosed front garden centres around an apple tree, with outdoor seating set up to catch the sea breeze on warmer days. Off-street parking for three cars sits right at the house, and well-behaved dogs are welcome to come along for the stay.

Whitby's West Side puts everything within walking distance, cafes, pubs and acclaimed restaurants among them. Wander the town's historic ginnels past fishermen's cottages, or climb to West Cliff for sweeping sea views and easy access down to the award-winning beach below. This is Whitby at its most walkable, and its most memorable.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
