The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a bath.

Accessed via a scenic, one-mile gravel track through a protected RSPB oak woodland, the property sits within the tranquil grounds of a working farm. It serves as a secluded haven for up to five guests and is exceptionally dog-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved pets.

The ground-floor layout features a warm and inviting open-plan living and dining area centered around a cozy log burner, ideal for relaxing evenings after outdoor adventures. Adjoining this space is a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher and oven. Upstairs, the cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms—two doubles and one single—alongside a stylish family bathroom featuring a luxurious freestanding bathtub.

Outside, the property boasts a lovely garden area with a porch and an outdoor firepit, perfect for gathering under the starry dark skies. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off after a long day of hiking, as well as private parking on site. While offering complete rural peace and quiet, the cottage is just minutes from the historic market town of Dolgellau, making it a great base for exploring North Wales' scenic coastal paths, lakes, and waterfalls.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
