General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bath and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

A few steps along a quiet riverside path lead to the front door of this ground-floor apartment, just over a mile from the sandy beaches and surf of Bude. It's built for families or groups of up to four who want the coast close by without the crowds outside the window.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area bring everyone together around a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, plus a breakfast bar for two, ideal for morning coffee before the day's plans. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own Smart TV, while the second bedroom's bunk bed sits on a double base, useful for a mix of ages, and both rooms have ample storage. A modern family shower room completes the layout.

Step out from the master bedroom into a private, enclosed courtyard, fitted with outdoor seating and a barbecue for evenings that don't need to move indoors. An outdoor tap makes light work of rinsing off sandy feet, or paws, with up to two well-behaved dogs welcome to join the stay. Being ground floor throughout, the apartment is easy to move around in, cases and buggies included.

Bude itself brings three golden sandy beaches, a good spread of places to eat, and independent shops worth a browse. With the A39 close by, it's an easy base for exploring further, with villages like Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Tintagel all within about 26 miles. Mornings on the sand, evenings by the water, simple and unhurried.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
