The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a freezer and a tumble dryer.

Right in the heart of a historic slate-mining town, this beautifully refurbished stone cottage puts Snowdonia's dramatic scenery within easy reach. It's a genuinely characterful base for couples, friends or small families after adventure and quiet.

Inside, exposed stonework and original slate floors run beneath an inglenook fireplace, giving the living area genuine period character alongside a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings in. The dining space suits both quiet dinners and relaxed breakfasts, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy self-catering. A ground-floor shower room offers a double walk-in drencher shower, basin and toilet, while upstairs, a serene master bedroom pairs a king-size bed with rooftop views toward the mountains, and a second bedroom offers a comfortable double. An upstairs cloakroom completes the layout.

Outside, a sunny frontage and enclosed patio come furnished for relaxing in the afternoon sun, and off-street parking sits right at the cottage. Well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

Just across the road, a boutique cinema housed in a former police station adds an unexpected touch of culture, while the town centre is a short stroll away. The Ffestiniog to Porthmadog Steam Railway is under ten minutes on foot, and thrill-seekers can find zip lines and underground adventures close by. Mountain bikers have Antur Stiniog five minutes away, with the Coed-y-Brenin and Betws-y-Coed trails within half an hour, and the coastal castles of Harlech and Criccieth make for an easy day trip.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
