Located in a converted 19th-century barn, the property features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, an oak fireplace, and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, making it ideal for self-catering. The cottage accommodates one well-behaved dog and includes a small cot for an infant upon request. A private parking area is also provided for added convenience.

The cottage is nestled in a tranquil rural location near Llangollen, offering stunning views of Castell Dinas Bran and the surrounding Dee Valley. The upstairs bedroom features a king-sized bed and exposed oak beams, offering breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. The en-suite bathroom includes a double-ended roll-top bath and an over-bath shower for a relaxing retreat. The enclosed courtyard outside features garden furniture, providing a peaceful space to enjoy the surroundings. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
