The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, five televisions, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two washbasins, a bath and three toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

This modern, well-equipped five-bedroom house offers a spacious and comfortable retreat for up to 10 guests. The house also has a conservatory, a sitting room with an electric fire and basic SKY TV, and a snug with Freeview TV. Outside, the enclosed patio garden includes a summerhouse and offers breathtaking views of the Castell Dinas Brân ruins.

The property is also within reach of scenic canal boat trips, water sports, and walking trails. Llangollen is situated close to the Offa’s Dyke Path, ideal for hiking enthusiasts, and the dramatic landscapes of Snowdonia are just an hour's drive away.

Additional amenities include a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate for younger guests, along with off-road parking for three cars. The house is pet-friendly and welcomes two well-behaved dogs. For convenience, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided, while a booking fee, security deposit, and optional accidental damage cover are additional costs.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
