The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, four televisions, a fireplace and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a hot tub, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer.

For families or small groups, the traditional farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an induction hob, boiling water tap, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cottage also includes private off-road parking with an EV charger, making it convenient for guests traveling by electric vehicle. A private wood-fired hot tub adds a touch of indulgence to your stay, available for an additional fee.

Located in the heart of North Wales, Moelis Granary offers spectacular views of the surrounding valley, making it a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. The cottage’s exterior, with its traditional stone design, complements its luxurious interior. In addition to the hot tub and BBQ, guests can also access optional services such as an accidental damage cover. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steps between most rooms. Additional fees apply for the use of the hot tub and BBQ, which are payable to the owner in cash upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
