Perfectly situated within a scenic hamlet in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, this characterful property serves as a charming sanctuary. Guests can unwind on the garden patio, soaking in the fresh mountain breeze and spectacular green hillsides.

Inside, this cozy retreat accommodates four guests across two quiet bedrooms, featuring a double bed and two singles. The open-plan living room offers an inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel stove, electric storage heating, TV, and board games. A well-equipped kitchen boasts a confirmed oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub adds daily comfort.

Outside, the property includes a lovely lawn garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, alongside free Wi-Fi and convenient open-air parking for two cars on-site. A complimentary stove starter pack is fully included, and the home is strictly non-smoking. Please note that the original, steep slate-miner's staircase requires extra care.

The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with scenic routes leading towards Mount Snowdon and Swallow Falls. You are a ten-minute walk from a village pub and shop, with vibrant Betws-y-Coed three miles away. Return home to watch the valley stars, feeling deeply restored and relaxed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
