The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the garden with a family dining area, and a stream runs underneath the garden, adding to the idyllic rural setting. Children should be supervised near the stream for safety.

Inside, the cottage blends traditional charm with modern comforts, including a log burner, WiFi, board games, and a widescreen TV, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Please note, the hot tub has a 9pm curfew, and loud music is not permitted to preserve the tranquility of the area. Guests are encouraged to bring extra beach towels or robes, especially during cooler months. A starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for the log burner, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
