The sleeping arrangements are spread across four tastefully decorated upstairs bedrooms: a master king-size room, a generous double, a twin room with two single beds, and a single room. Guests have access to two modern bathrooms—a large family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and a separate convenient shower room. Central heating and free Wi-Fi are provided throughout, though please note there are external steps leading to the front door and the garden.

Outdoors, the private, enclosed garden features a lovely patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by colorful planting, perfect for alfresco dining. Positioned within easy reach of local shops, the train station, and the Welsh Mountain Zoo, this non-smoking property serves as a practical base for visiting nearby Conwy, Llandudno, and Snowdonia National Park. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
