General

The holiday home for 10 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a fireplace, a TV and two heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, three showers, two baths with showers, a hairdryer, a bath and six washbasins.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a fridge, a freezer and two tumble dryers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Three bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, are located on the ground floor, including a king-size, twin, and double bedroom. The first floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for socializing, complete with a wood-burning stove, widescreen TV with Sky package, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a double oven and American-style fridge/freezer. The upper floor holds two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower-over-bath. Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the patio with seating for ten, perfect for al fresco dining. The property is non-smoking and pet-free, ensuring a peaceful stay.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
