General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

Kitchen

Some cottages are made for two, and this one leans fully into that idea, an intimate hideaway on a private Devon estate, built for slow mornings and even slower evenings.

Downstairs, an open-plan sitting and dining room brings a log-burning stove, a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and an armchair together around an oak dining table, made for lingering over dinner. The kitchen holds a dishwasher alongside a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, toaster and kettle, more than enough for easy self-catering. Upstairs, a king-size wrought iron bed sits beneath elegant Nina Campbell wallpaper, with a small adjoining cot room ready for parents travelling with a baby or toddler. A separate wet room, lined in marble and finished with a striking solid marble basin, adds a genuinely indulgent touch.

Outside, exclusive use of bistro-style seating in the communal courtyard offers a charming spot for fresh air with a morning coffee. Beyond the cottage, the wider estate opens up further still, with a heated indoor pool, a well-equipped games room, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a five-a-side football pitch and yoga classes among the shared facilities on offer.

Combe Martin sits on North Devon's dramatic coastline, with Exmoor's wild moorland close enough for an easy day trip and sea cliffs perfect for slow walks. Whether the days are spent exploring further afield or making full use of everything on the estate, this is a spot built to feel like a proper escape for two, however the week unfolds.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
