The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a fireplace, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a hot tub and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two baths or showers, a shower and four toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

The Space
Designed to accommodate larger groups, the villa offers five comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a spacious conservatory, and an enclosed garden with outdoor seating, a BBQ area, and a private hot tub. Private parking and an on-site EV charger provide added convenience, while the generous indoor and outdoor spaces make the villa ideal for relaxing holidays, family gatherings, or longer stays.

Location
Located in the picturesque village of Horning, the villa is within easy walking distance of riverside pubs, cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Guests can explore the stunning Norfolk Broads by boat, enjoy scenic walking and cycling trails, visit nearby attractions such as BeWILDerwood and Wroxham, or take a day trip to the beautiful Norfolk coastline and the historic city of Norwich.

Good to Know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa with convenient self check-in. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £50, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £50 Damage Waiver (covering up to £500) or a refundable £500 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay. An EV charger is available on-site for guests travelling with electric vehicles. A noise monitoring system is installed to help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
