In addition there is a garden, a balcony or terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a hot tub. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a toilet and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a garage, a washing machine, a fridge and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

The space
The holiday home accommodates up to four people and features two comfortable bedrooms with a king-size bed or two single beds, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, coffee maker, and modern appliances, plus a bright conservatory overlooking the garden. Outside, guests can relax in the private Jacuzzi, unwind in the enclosed riverside garden, enjoy the outdoor furniture, make use of the secure bicycle storage in the garage, and park on the private driveway with an electric car charging station. Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toiletries, tea, and coffee are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Location
The holiday home is situated in the picturesque village of Horning, a short walk from pubs, cafes, restaurants, local shops, boat rentals, and scenic river cruises. Guests can explore the Norfolk Broads by boat, enjoy walking and cycling paths, go fishing, or visit nearby attractions such as BeWILDerwood, Wroxham, the Norfolk Coast, and the historic city of Norwich. This makes it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

Good to know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire holiday home with convenient 24/7 self-check-in. Use of the jacuzzi is available for a surcharge of £25 per night (maximum £100 per stay) and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. An extra folding bed is available for £17 per night, while early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For any damage, guests can choose between damage insurance of £30 (up to £300) or a refundable deposit of £300. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of £50 per pet per stay. The accommodation features a private charging station for electric cars for added convenience during your stay. We have installed a secure dog leash hook in the garden so that your furry friend can safely enjoy the outdoor space.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
