The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace, a stereo, five televisions and a heater. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a hot tub and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with four showers, four washbasins, a hairdryer and five toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

Good to Know
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa with convenient self check-in. EV charging is available on-site for guests travelling with electric vehicles. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £50, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £50 Damage Waiver (covering up to £500) or a refundable £500 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay. The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay). The villa is equipped with a noise detection system, that monitor noise levels 24/7 and is connected to the owners.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
