Good to know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment with convenient self check-in for maximum flexibility. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night, while early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £25 Damage Waiver (covering up to £250) or a refundable £250 security deposit. Please note that pets are not permitted at this property.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to an active seagull nesting area, access to the balcony of the property is temporarily unavailable until further notice. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
