Good to Know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire penthouse with convenient 24/7 self check-in. Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor and is accessed via 47 steps, with no lift available. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £25 Damage Waiver (covering up to £250) or a refundable £250 security deposit. Please note that pets are not permitted at this property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
