Good to Know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment with convenient 24/7 self-check-in. An early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose either a £25 Damage Waiver covering up to £250 or a refundable £250 security deposit. Please note that pets are not permitted at this property. The second bedroom can either be set up as king bed or 2 singles. Please let us know beforehand your preference in order to prepare this before arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
