Beach Breeze Cottage with Hot Tub
Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape at this spacious pet-friendly cottage in the heart of Caister-on-Sea, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. Perfect for families, groups, and business travellers, the cottage offers modern comforts, a private hot tub, self check-in, and a peaceful setting close to local shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline.

The Space
Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the cottage features three comfortable bedrooms with two king-size beds and a bunk room, along with a separate reception room offering a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, 1.5 bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a private patio with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. An optional private hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind after a day by the sea.

Location
Located in the charming seaside village of Caister-on-Sea, the cottage is within easy walking distance of the sandy beach, local supermarkets, traditional pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Great Yarmouth is just a short drive away, while nearby attractions include Caister Castle, Great Yarmouth & Caister Golf Club, Britannia Pier, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, Burgh Castle, and the picturesque Norfolk Broads National Park.

Good to Know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage with convenient self check-in via a lockbox. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £30 Damage Waiver (covering up to £300) or a refundable £300 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay. The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay). Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature.

The hosts live in the same village and are available if you need assistance during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
