In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Spread across two levels, the apartment combines modern comforts with a practical layout designed for couples and small families. The ground floor features a welcoming lounge area with a Smart TV, dining space, underfloor heating, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and dining essentials. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom is furnished with a luxurious super king-size bed, while a small double sofa bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping space for up to 4 guests. The en-suite bathroom features twin vanity units, a relaxing spa bath, and a separate shower, while an additional guest toilet adds extra convenience. Outside, guests have access to a shared enclosed garden and sunny patio area with outdoor seating, providing a pleasant space to unwind after a day by the coast. Private parking for one vehicle is included, with space suitable for larger vans, and pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Good to know
An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £25 Damage Waiver (covering up to £250) or a refundable £250 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
