The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a hot tub, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Situated in the peaceful village of Caister-on-Sea, the holiday home is just a short walk from the dog-friendly sandy beach, making it perfect for coastal walks and family days out. Local pubs, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday amenities are nearby, while Great Yarmouth, Britannia Pier, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, Caister Castle & Motor Museum, Hemsby, Winterton-on-Sea, and the Norfolk Broads National Park are all within easy reach for memorable day trips.

Good to know
Guests have exclusive access to the entire holiday home with convenient self check-in. The optional private hot tub is available for an energy charge of £25 (capped at £100 per stay) and may take up to 20 hours to reach full temperature. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night, while early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £30 Damage Waiver (covering up to £300) or a refundable £300 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay. Dogs are welcome but must remain downstairs, stay off the furniture, and the BBQ should be cleaned after use. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
