Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only EN. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Strictly No pets as it's a working croft, owner has sheep in the fields surrounding the cottage. No Wi-Fi available. HI-30250-F
A short walk away to Duntulm Castle and the shoreline further down the road. It's also home to a family of sheep in the field in front of the cottage. Currently no Wi-Fi available at this property , however good 4G mobile network coverage. Cosy, comfortable cottage "Tulum Bay", detached. In the district of Duntulm, in a quiet position, 1 km from the sea. Private: large garden (fenced). In the house: lounge, central heating system, laundry, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars). After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
