The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, a single bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

Recently upgraded, the property accommodates 8-10 guests across 4 bedrooms, making it perfect for family getaways. The beautifully appointed space features a spacious lounge, a kitchen/diner, and a separate utility room equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, ideal for self-catered stays. Gather around the dining table to enjoy meals together while sharing tales of your day's coastal adventures.

Thoughtfully designed, the ground floor includes three well-appointed bedrooms: two luxurious doubles (one with an en-suite) and a practical family room featuring a triple bunk bed (single on top, double on the bottom) plus an extra single bed, perfect for children. A family bathroom with a bath and separate shower completes this level. Recent renovations have added a splendid first-floor master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower room, and ample wardrobe space. Although current images show the property before renovations, a detailed floor plan is available for prospective guests.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the retreat boasts a delightful wrap-around garden and a back deck with an outdoor dining area and barbecue—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Just a short stroll away, you'll discover the vibrant heart of Abersoch with its restaurants, pubs, and independent shops. Nature lovers can explore the Llyn Coastal Path leading to Llanbedrog, and discover the charm of the Llyn Peninsula, including towns like Pwllheli and Criccieth. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
