The holiday home for 26 persons has 11 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a DVD player, a stair gate, two televisions, a fireplace, a heather and a CD player. In addition there is a bar, a patio, a barbecue, a hot tub, a balcony or terrace, a garden, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture and a football table. The badroom is equipped with a bath, nine showers, 11 washbasins, two baths with showers and ten toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Outdoors, children can enjoy the wood-chipped playground as adults unwind on the terrace, sink into the covered hot tub, or launch canoes from the adjacent slipway.

This pet-friendly haven sits within easy reach of some of the Wye Valley’s and Forest of Dean’s best experiences—paddle the river, hike wooded trails to Symonds Yat Rock, explore Puzzlewood’s enchanting pathways, or step back in time at Clearwell Caves. With charming pubs, riverside dining, and scenic cycle routes nearby, your holiday can be as adventurous or relaxed as you choose.

Note: Price includes heating, water, electricity, linens, towels, and final cleaning. Max 20 guests plus 2 infants; no extra visitors without approval. Up to 3 pets allowed (£50 each). Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. No stag parties, fireworks, or loud noise after 10:30pm. Hot tub use 9am–10pm only. Guests liable for damage or extra cleaning. There is a paid electric charging point available at the lodge. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:30 to 8:30 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
