This charming mobile home, located on the peaceful Wilksworth Caravan Park, offers a delightful base for a relaxing holiday in the heart of the countryside. A part of the award-winning Shorefield Holidays, the park is known for its tranquil setting and family-friendly facilities, including an outdoor heated swimming pool (open during the summer), BMX track, football field, playground, table tennis, campsite shop, and laundrette.

The mobile home itself, The Barkley, is stylish and well-equipped, featuring an enclosed sun deck with outdoor seating—ideal for families with small children or those bringing pets along for scenic countryside walks. Inside, the open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and cafetiere, while the cozy living space includes a Toshiba 32-inch TV and ample room for board games or dining together.

The mobile home includes a comfortable king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with twin beds, perfect for families. There is also a family bathroom with a shower, basin, and WC. For added convenience, the home comes equipped with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and clothes airer.

The property also features a gravel parking space for one vehicle, with additional parking available in the main car park by reception, which also offers an EV charger. While there is no router in the caravan, guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the park.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
