General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two baths, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

A secluded private track leads to this single-storey stone cottage, its soft cream walls and roses around the door setting a properly enchanting first impression. Sheltered and quiet, it feels like a proper escape from the moment you arrive.

Inside, contemporary tones blend easily with plush sofas and comfortable beds across two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, useful for families or small groups. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area for shared meals, while the living room's high ceiling and a wood burner set within a stone surround make for a genuinely inviting space to unwind. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, plus a separate toilet, keep mornings simple even with a full house. Free Wi-Fi and central heating run throughout.

French doors from the living room open onto a private garden, with a patio and lawn set up with a table and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining. Private parking sits right outside for easy arrivals, and the cottage draws its own water from a natural spring, a small nod to just how rural this corner of Scotland really is.

Aberdeenshire is often called Castle Country, and with good reason, boasting more castles per acre than anywhere else in the UK. Scotland's Castle Trail passes close by, taking in highlights like Craigievar, Kildrummie, Drum Castle and Balmoral, while golf, fishing and hillwalking fill the days for anyone after fresh air. Whisky lovers can follow the Whisky Trail from Dufftown through Aberlour to Grantown-on-Spey.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
