The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and four televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a terrace and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

This beautifully crafted home seamlessly blends modern comforts with rustic charm, having been thoughtfully renovated from two separate cob and stone barns into a spacious four-bedroom conversion that accommodates up to seven guests. Set in the tranquil hamlet of Chasty, the property enjoys stunning countryside views and is surrounded by a patchwork of fields, providing a peaceful escape with only a few friendly neighbors nearby.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a hall that leads to a centrally located kitchen equipped with a double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. A small breakfast bar allows for social interaction with the chef, and the kitchen extends into a seating area with a lantern roof, while large patio doors create a seamless connection with the outdoor space. The open-plan living and dining room is tastefully decorated, featuring exposed beams, modern art, cozy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and various games, making it an ideal spot for family relaxation and entertainment.

Upstairs, two airy bedrooms await, including a lovely double with a king-size bed and a spacious twin that can be transformed into a super king upon request. The family bathroom boasts a bath with an overhead shower stocked with luxury towels. The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs, offering a large double and a smaller single bedroom, making it a perfect family suite with an en-suite. Outside, the property features expansive lawn areas for outdoor games, a patio with a BBQ, and serene surroundings that invite tranquility. Just a stroll away, the quaint market town of Holsworthy provides local pubs, shops, and entertainment options, while the nearby Atlantic Coast offers stunning beaches and various outdoor activities. Note that stag and hen parties are not permitted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
