As you enter, you’re welcomed by an open-plan lounge and kitchen. Stylish sofas are set before a charming, exposed stone wall, creating a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster, as well as a solid wooden breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

A staircase leads from the lounge to a spacious double en-suite bedroom, where you’ll find a lavish bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The property includes central heating, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen television with a DVD player for your comfort and entertainment. After a restful night, explore nearby New Mills Marina or enjoy the town’s vibrant atmosphere, which boasts independent shops, cafes, art galleries, pubs, and award-winning eateries. This charming cottage, dating back to the 1850s, is a super location for your holiday getaway. A four-legged friend is welcome for a small fee, but please note there is no garden, and the property is not suitable for young children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
