The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a hot tub and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath, two showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

A beautifully converted cottage offering a peaceful rural escape, this charming holiday home accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms, both with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom includes a zip-and-link feature for flexible sleeping arrangements. The inviting living area includes a sofa and dining space perfect for socialising, while the outdoor terrace boasts a private hot tub with far-reaching views of the countryside. This property does not allow pets, and a baby high chair and cot are available on request. No free activities are provided on-site.

Local attractions include Carsington Water for watersports and walking, the historic towns of Bakewell and Matlock, and the popular market town of Ashbourne. Visitors can also enjoy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic cycling routes. Derby train station is around a 25-minute drive away, while East Midlands Airport is under an hour’s drive, offering easy travel connections for guests.

The cottage is well-equipped with a modern kitchen featuring an electric hob, double oven, and dishwasher. A separate utility room includes a washing machine for added convenience. Bathrooms are fitted with high-end fixtures including heated floors, and all linen, towels, and internet access are included. Additional features such as a secure parking space and optional damage cover ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
