General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a hot tub, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

Sweeping countryside views greet you before you've even reached the front door, with an orchard alongside where you're welcome to pick your own fruit and say hello to the resident ducks and chickens. It's the kind of arrival that sets the tone for what follows.

Inside, solid oak and limestone floors run beneath exposed beams, natural materials that give every room genuine character. The kitchen centres around an Aga for proper country cooking, while the living room's wood burner and bi-fold doors onto the patio blur the line between in and out. Each of the three bedrooms, a king and two doubles, comes with its own en-suite, a freestanding bath and a powerful shower, plus a flatscreen Smart TV. One bedroom connects through to a baby suite, and a dedicated playroom keeps younger guests entertained. Free Wi-Fi and central heating run throughout.

Outside, an enclosed garden and generous patio are built for long, unhurried evenings, whether that means firing up the large barbecue or gathering round the firepit as the light fades. Private parking for three cars and a bike store makes arriving easy, with electric car charging available at cost, by prior arrangement.

The village of Beckford, on the northern edge of the Cotswolds, brings a shop and deli, a playground, a country pub, a floodlit tennis court and a nature reserve, with direct access onto Bredon Hill for walkers. Further afield, Broadway's tower, Cheltenham's boutiques, Stow-on-the-Wold's antiques and Chipping Campden's golden streets are all within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
