The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The fully equipped modern kitchen makes meal prep easy, with an adjacent dining area and breakfast bar for sharing meals and conversations. The home sleeps up to six across three bedrooms: a main king-size with ensuite shower, two versatile bedrooms with super-king or double beds (which can be made into singles), and a sofa bed in the family room for additional guests. A cot is also available for young children. The surrounding countryside and nearby trails are perfect for long walks with your dogs, including routes to local pubs like The Royal Oak at West Curthwaite.

Located near the Lake District and Solway Coast, this home is an excellent base for outdoor adventures and exploring charming villages and historic sites. Parking for three cars, secure bike storage, and outdoor electrical sockets are provided. Please note, the property is in a friendly neighborhood and not suitable for stag, hen, or large parties. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
