General

The holiday home for 18 persons has six bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a hot tub, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three baths, three showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

Recently renovated throughout, the house pairs modern comfort with genuine coastal charm. A ground-floor shower room brings a large walk-in shower, a floating vanity and stylish tiling, while a first-floor bathroom offers a shower-over-bath with instant hot water. The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in dishwasher, a cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, flowing easily into a dining area finished with hardwood floors. The lounge seats six against a backdrop of stunning sea views, and the master suite is a proper retreat in itself, with a super-king bed, built-in wardrobe and views to match. Two further bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed and ample storage.

Outside, a private garden adds another spot to enjoy the setting, and off-street parking for two cars sits right at the property.

Carbis Bay itself is a stunning coastal village on Cornwall's north shore, renowned for its soft golden sands and turquoise waters, with a sheltered beach ideal for swimming and paddleboarding. The South West Coast Path offers breathtaking walks across St Ives Bay, and the vibrant town of St Ives lies just minutes away, bringing art galleries, boutique shops and award-winning restaurants within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
