On the lower ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a separate shower room with WC, Belfast sink, and washing machine, providing convenience and privacy. The first floor houses the twin bedroom and a generous family bathroom, offering ample space for guests. Ascending to the second floor reveals a king-size bedroom and a cozy living room with a traditional wood burner, creating an inviting atmosphere with breathtaking sea views that can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points within the property.

Situated in the village center, the cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, local shops, pubs, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Kingsand and its coastal surroundings. While there is no private parking, a nearby pay-and-display car park is less than two minutes away. The property includes Wi-Fi, linen, and towels, and is pet-friendly with an additional fee. Please note there is no garden, but the charming interior and location provide a perfect seaside escape.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
