This fantastic villa in Fethiye can accommodate up to 8 people and is just 300 metres from the sea, so you can reach the beach in just a few minutes. The villa impresses with its modern, stylish furnishings and spacious living areas. Inside, you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning. The large windows let in plenty of light and offer a wonderful view of the private garden and the pool, which is perfect for cooling off on hot days.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with its terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Here you can spend cosy barbecue evenings or simply enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. Thanks to its quiet location, the villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, while restaurants, shops and places of interest are in the immediate vicinity.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
