This Loft has everything to make you feel confortable and is fully equipped. It's got 8 parking lots direct at the House, there's an elevator that takes you up to the first Floor wich is 200m2 big and where you will find the following;
Entrée, a huge kitchen, Billiard & Dining table, a big fireplace, Piano, Toilette and Urinal, Washroom and a Balkony. The Loft is so close to Zurich but yet lays in a rural environement, close to forests with a river next to the house and lots of opportunities to go walking with beautiful places here and there.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
