We offer you a well-kept, modern and spacious 1.5-room granny flat above Feldbach with a separate entrance. The cosy seating area has a table with 2 chairs, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue. The electric sun blinds provide shade. The wonderful view of the mountain range on the left bank of Lake Zurich and the greenery (as long as the view is not restricted by a cornfield) invites you to dream and is the ideal place to unwind and relax. You will find a very spacious living and sleeping area. The large sofa area provides enough space to read a book in comfort or relax and watch TV. A double bed (160cm) ensures comfortable nights.
A fully equipped kitchen with a bright seating area allows for cosy cooking and get-togethers.
The flat has a shower, WC, washbasin and a hairdryer.
Localities:
Feldbach is a rural village on the right bank of Lake Zurich in the district of Meilen. The nearby cities of Zurich (distance approx. 30km) and Rapperswil (distance approx. 5km) represent impressive bijous and are easily accessible by public transport or by car. For a refreshing swim in summer, we recommend the nearby Lake Zurich, the beautiful "Feldbachbadi", as well as one of the most beautiful lakes in the Zurich Oberland, the "Lützelsee" or the well-known moorland lake "Egelsee". All these lakes are within easy reach by car or bike. Nearby hiking areas such as Laupen-Goldingen-Atzmännig, Chrüzegg- Poo-Alp, Hulftegg- Hörnli or the "Panorameweg Zürichsee" also delight nature and hiking enthusiasts. For golf enthusiasts, the "Swiss Golf Bubikon" golf course is only about 4 kilometres away. In winter, you can be in Davos in around 90 minutes by car, on the Rigi or Hoch Ybrig in around 1 hour and on the Atzmännig in 30 minutes to spend a leisurely day on the slopes. In bad weather, the Alpamare in Pfäffikon SZ offers enough space for a relaxing bath with wellness as well as fun on the slides.
A car park is available, nearby shopping facilities, bus stop 10 minutes away.
