"Vermont 8", 3-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, toaster, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the ski run and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
Cosy chalet "Vermont". Above Villars, La Résidence, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station "Villars-Bretaye" 2.9 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
