Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, south-west facing position and south-east facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony, south-east facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Montreux Riviera Card is included.

Private: large, beautiful garden 642 m2 (not fenced). Steep, narrow motor access to 200 m from the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 1.8 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop "Chernex, Sottex" 1.5 km, railway station "Sonzier" 750 m, lake Lac Léman 5.5 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
