Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 260 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 350 m, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop, ski school 750 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
