The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins, a bath, three toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

This spacious 186 m² flat features a large and bright living room with cozy sofas and a dining area. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and four ceramic hobs. The mezzanine offers an additional living area with a Wi-Fi-compatible TV, streaming access, and a high-fidelity music system. The sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200), plus a sofa bed in the living room. There are five bathrooms—four with showers and one with a bath.

Additional amenities include a ski room, laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, and one covered parking space, with the option to rent more. The residence consists of two buildings, each with luxurious flats that offer balconies or terraces with stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

Located just 150 meters from the cable car (via ski slope) and 700 meters from shops and leisure activities, this apartment is ideally situated for both winter sports and summer hikes. To ensure a smooth stay, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, and a security deposit are available at an additional cost.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
