Lower floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with balcony, a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x90x180) and balcony, 1 bathroom (bathtub/WC). A CHF 500.00 deposit is due by bank transfer before your arrival and will be refunded after your stay.
The residence is centrally and quietly located at the foot of the slopes and 400 metres away from the shops. Its setting is very sunny and offers an unobstructed view over the Dents-du-Midi Mountains. The residence features a lift, a laundry room (washing machine and tumble-dryer), a ski room and covered parking spaces.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
