A 45 m² flat with a balcony, comprising two rooms: an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and bath, an open-plan kitchen leading into the living area, comprising a dining area with a table for six people, a seating area with a large four-seater sofa bed and a footstool, as well as a fold-out bed (140x200) for two people. Two chests of drawers are available for storage. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, 4 induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue pot, a raclette grill, a hand blender, an electric kettle and a wide range of kitchen equipment
The flat is situated right in the centre of Champoussin. It is ideally located, enjoys plenty of sunshine and offers unobstructed views of the Dents du Midi, and has been fully renovated. It is close to all amenities: ski lifts 100 metres away, a bus stop, a grocery shop 50 metres away and a sports shop. The residence has a ski storage room and outdoor parking spaces are available. In winter, the resort forms part of the Portes du Soleil ski area and the slopes are just a 2-minute walk away. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in summer, and skiing, hiking and snowshoeing in winter.
An outdoor parking space is available Pets are not permitted.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
