On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Carpet. Balcony, south facing position, terrace. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 50 m. Please note: non-smokers only.
Chalet "5 -Ecorces", 3 storeys. Above Verbier, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2.8 km, bus stop 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.1 km, sports centre 3.2 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
