Experience the idyllic charm of a renovated chalet dating back to 1867, located right in the heart of Morgins. With two spacious holiday flats offering modern comfort in a historic setting, this is the perfect base for your winter and summer adventures. Thanks to its unique location, you enjoy direct access to ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer, while shopping facilities, ski hire and ski schools are just a few metres away.
The River Apartment, renovated in 2021/22, impresses with its spacious living room, which invites you to linger with a cosy sofa, a large table for sociable evenings, a modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. A raclette and fondue set also provide culinary delights. The four bedrooms offer space for up to eight guests and are equipped with three rooms with two single beds each and one room with a double bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the space on offer.
The outside area of the flat boasts a large, private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, which will be accessible from March 2023. In the basement of the chalet there is a ski and bike cellar, from where you have direct access to the ski slopes in winter and the hiking trails in summer. There is also a car park for each flat; and for the little ones there is a children's playground directly below the house from June to October.
The surroundings of the chalet in Morgins are characterised by the breathtaking beauty of the Dents-du-midi region. Famous for its numerous alpine huts and mountain restaurants, you can savour the delicious local cuisine with a view of the majestic mountains. For active holidaymakers, the region offers a wide range of sports, including fishing, mountaineering, ice skating, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling, horse riding and alpine and cross-country skiing.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
