The comfortable Résidence Bellevue flat is located in the centre of Morgins. It has two balconies where you can enjoy the morning and evening sun. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find everything you need to prepare a fondue. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer.
As guests of a luxury hotel in the region, you also benefit from a free multi-pass (spring to autumn), with which you can use buses, tourist trains, cable cars, chair lifts, etc. in the Portes du Soleil region (France and Switzerland) free of charge. In addition, cinema, indoor children's play area, aquatic centre and swimming pool etc. are available free of charge (France and Switzerland).
Restaurants, ski and bike shops are all in the same building. From time to time, there is even a disco in the basement.
You also have the choice of taking your own linen (bed linen, kitchen linen and towels) or collecting it from us. Early check-in is possible on request and is free of charge.

In 2025, Morgins will host the ISMF World Ski Mountaineering Championships. The area is also home to Europe's largest mountain biking area (downhill, bike park, electric mountain biking). In summer, a network of panoramic and educational trails lets you explore the rich landscape without restraint.
Here, tradition, modernity, nature and quality of life go hand in hand. Discover the "Morgins, Les Couleurs de l'Eau" educational trail or set off on mountain hikes to Lac de Chésery and Lac Vert. A range of leisure activities, such as tennis, horse riding, etc. (60 activities with Multi-Pass) complete the offer.
We are an average Swiss family. We have the privilege of having travelled extensively around the world and would like to share this opportunity with people in Switzerland and abroad. Our flat offers some of the best value for money in the area. The flat is traditional and modest, although it has a modern Android TV etc. This is not luxury. It's not luxury. But it is comfortable. It's our interpretation of the average 'Swiss standard'.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
