Living and dining: Open-plan area with couch, two sofa chairs, dining table for up to 7 guests, balcony access and an unobstructed view of Zermatt.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, raclette machine, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
2 bathrooms: One with bathtub, toilet and sink, one with shower, toilet and sink. Towels and bath towels provided.
Free WiFi, baby cot on request, non-smoking.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
